- One person does the design and the engineering. No account managers or handoffs.
- Replies within a day, weekends included. Works in English.

## How a project works

- **Look (audit):** about one week, €800–1,500 fixed. A plain-language plan of what to fix first, what it costs and what can wait.
- **Build (first version):** a production-ready first version live in 3–4 weeks. Most fall between €6,000 and €15,000. Scope and price agreed in writing first, a demo every week, payment in milestones.
- **Launch:** included in the build. Hosting set up, code, accounts and documentation handed over.
- **Care:** €500–1,500 per month, month to month, cancel any time.
- Small tools and fixes start at €500. The exact price is agreed after Zura understands the project.
